The word of the day is O-B-S-T-R-U-C-T-I-O-N-I-S-T
Say it with me - Obstructionist!

Now let's use it in a sentence:

"Democrats are being obstructionists for rejecting Mr. Bush's proposals to privatize (oops! did I just use a bad word) social security and obstructing Master Bolton's Up or Down vote which is a constitutional right."

Now let's show how NOT to use it in a sentence.

"Bush will be an obstructionist if he veto's a stem cell research bill approved by both Houses of Congress."

OK, now your turn.:)

9. Bush says Democrats have some new symbols.

"Bush said the Democrats, in contrast, were employing a "philosophy of the stop sign" and an "agenda of the road block," and warned: "Political parties that choose the path of obstruction will not gain the trust of the American people."'

Edited on Wed Jun-15-05 04:16 PM by Brotherjohn
Do you mean to say you can't even devise a single piece of legislation that will pass even WITH the majorities you hold? What kind of a leader ARE you?!

This just makes Bush look like the crybaby he is, and a desperate one at that.
