As Long As Its On My Mind - Write Direct TV for C-Span 3

It is a disappointment that Representative Conyer's forum tomorrow afternoon will not be available on the two most common C-Span channels but good to know it will be rebroadcast Friday evening.

I checked the programming for Direct TV, who I believe is the largest of the satellite broadcasters. They do not offer C-Span 3 in any of their packages. So I wrote them and asked for it. I doubt that its subscription fee will drive up the price of a premium package much but every avenue toward democracy is welcome out here in the country.

So if you're a subscriber and would like to see the full suite of C-Span Coverage available why not shoot them an E-Mail. Can't hurt.

Please provide proof. If this is so, I'll have to look for another satellite provider. Anyone have any recommendations? (and please, no one suggest Comcast cable. They suck big time)
