and they were planning for the War on Iraq long before 9/11, it seems logical that they were certain 9/11 was going to happen and allow them to launch the War. The premeditated knowledge of 9/11 makes 9/11 a reprehensible crime.

I mean I know they did *KNOW* we were going to get attacked, but was it because of incompetence or other motives.. They very well might have thought that they could have taken advantage of it..

of America. Keep in mind that in Europe they had been dealing with bombs for 3 decades. Even in Canada we had a plane blown out of the sky and killing 300 indo-canadians in the mid 1980s.
You guys got it at home last. It was predictable to that extent. Planes flying into buildings... not so much. But there was a pattern out there in the public of suicide planes. It was public knowledge and the public didn't pick up on it either.
