he travelled 6000 miles from Hawaii and spoke of the likelihood of nominal coverage of the DSM hearings so he's filming all of it and flying 12 hours back to Hawaii and will spend the weekend editing the footage and will have DVD's available to be sent out on Monday.

Funniest thing was Malloy said it would be broadcast over CSPAN 3 and he laughed and said (paraphrasing), "and who gets that?"

7. Didn't Conyers say on his blog today that there had been a lot of

press interest and that he had been doing interviews, including a taping for tomorrow? Conyers will be Washington Journal on CSpan Tursday....

9. yeah he did but it sounded as though

symbolman was in flight when those possibilities developed.

Still dollars to donuts he'll be the only one not reducing the event to sound bites and covering the rally as well.

He said he was going to donate a percentage of the proceeds to progressive blogs and mentioned DU.

Also talked about all the confusion regarding the location of the hearings and how he was granted access to the hearings through afterdowningstreet.org.

Malloy asked him to stay on the line during this break.

You go Symbolman!! I hope everyone who could, did help him out on this -- I think this is great that he's doing this!

I don't get c-span 3 and I won't be home at the time to watch on my computer -- and I know they plan to rerun it on Friday on c-span2, so I'll tape that one.

But Symbolman is probably going to get lots more cool footage!!
