That's from the Iraqi oil-for-food leftovers and oil sales since the invasion began. Chump change. How about accounting for the $200+ billion of taxpayers' money spent to date in Afghanistan and Iraq? Congress keeps passing off-budget supplemental spending many times that amount for which there's been no accounting, either.

The stuff literally disappeared.

I recall a story about $1,800,000,000 in CASH that was being transported from Baghdad on a CH-47 that went missing. Granted, $1,800,000,000 is chump change, but I'd kinda like to know where it is.

After we find out who had that, there is only another $7,000,000,000 or so to find. Just another 3 or four CH-47s worth.
