As she left the Conyer's forum this afternoon to return to the floor for a House vote, Ms Waters said that members of the House had met with the House Leader on Tuesday to form a new caucus called "Out of Iraq"....she said something along the line of "coming out of the shadows" and bringing the issue to the fore....go Maxine!
