32. You know
After watching these hearings, reading about PNAC, seeing how desperately BushCo tried to tie Iraq to Al Qaeda, the fear mongering that Iraq was a huge threat to the US, etc.

Now throw in some of the strange/unanswered circumstances surrounding 9/11. My suspicions about 9/11 have really grown. I mean, could it be or am I wearing too much tin foil?

38. No, it's a pretty natural reaction.
I saw some links where the Underwriters' Laboratory denied that the collapse of WTC7 was possible from the damage done by planes to WTC 1&2.

I think there is a lot of things that we don't know about 9/11 that are too frightening.

51. Thanks
and thanks for the site. One of the biggest red flags to me about 9/11 is how Hani Hanjour was barely able to fly a cessna, but was able to maneuver a 757 like he did and hit the pentagon, actually, it's almost impossible that he was able to do this.

57. Welcome to DU blitzburgh!
No play with words in your nic! lol

I've had so much explained from that site, et al, that I'm sooo pissed off and horrified. I have just started reading about the "put options " the week before. ARGH! How could they be so heinous?! Pure unadulterated greed, for money and power.

Imagine a 757 a few feet above ground at 400mph? I remember at the time thinking "Where the h is the plane wreckage at the Pentagon? and why isn't the ground disturbed?", I couldn't believe I forgot about that until last Spring!

It is so horrible that most can not even imagine such actions by our PTB (powers that be). It's too terrible to consider.

Clarity sometimes sucks.:hi: :toast:

49. I am suspicious too about 9/11
In 2001 or 2002, I could never have dreamed our gov't had anything to do with it. But after watching the ramp up to the Iraq war and all of the other things that have happened (torture, pulling out of treaties, not using or respecting the Geneva convention, the antagonizing of other countries).....I got convinced that there's something suspicious. That's also when I figured out that we had serious issues with our media. I'm a nobody, but even I could see how W and Dick were lying to us. And yet the media said nothing!!

Then I read the book the new pearl harbor. Then I was sure our government had some complicity. The question is not whether or not they were complicit...but rather, how deep does it run (LIHOP or MIHOP).

I want it ALL to come out. I want every dirty little secret exposed. I hope our resigned generals and ex-jag people and ex-intelligence people all come forward spewing info.
If they do, then they are true patriots.

Mr. Conyers...I love you!!! Thank you.

Edited on Thu Jun-16-05 04:47 PM by Hell Hath No Fury
After years of being here at DU and seeing more and more evidence, I have gone from the Bush team is simply incompetent to LIHOP - I have been teetering there for several years now, even though I know there is enough circumstantial evidence out there to finally push me to MIHOP. I have resisted for so long because a part of me is just so reticent to go there without solid, incontrovertible proof.

But I get closer a little bit every day...

61. I saw my first 9/11 conspiracy site about a year ago and thought
it was all completely nutty but I got a real visceral reaction to it - real heart pounding stupification.

Now..... now I'm not so sure. I've had a chance to read and hear other things from reputable (I suppose) sources and the whole thing really has a stink about it, from Bush's coziness with the Bin Laden family to the shredding of traffic controllers oral statements about that day. My god, how far reaching could such a plot go? It truly boggles the mind.
