Iraq sovereignty anniversary coming up
Will Jerry Bremer surface to take part in the festivities? The day he high-tailed it out of Iraq surely was a golden moment for him...

Ah, the memories...



In case anyone doesn't know what sovereignty means...

"Tribal sovereignty means that -- it's sovereign. You're a -- you've been given sovereignty, and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. And, therefore, the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities."
