I was wondering if someone could point me to the great looking chart that shows budget history back to the 60's I think? I would prefer the one from the U.S. government.

3. On-Budget Federal Deficit As a Percent of GDP

This excludes the various federal trust funds, like social security. Thus, it's a better depiction of fiscal responsibility, imho.
