Say it this way: PROBABLE CAUSE
The Downing Street Minutes aren't the smoking gun but they are certainly "probable cause" for a full blown congressional investigation or even appointment of a Special Prosecutor.

There is "probable cause" that Bush committed a crime against the American people by providing Congress with fraudulent information in order to obtain a favorable vote on going to war. There is "probable cause" that the Bush Administration committed fraud by diverting funds appropriated for Afghanistan to preparation for a war in Iraq BEFORE Congress approved the war.

The only way we will ever find the true "smoking gun" is if documents are subpoenaed and testimony is taken under oath. Congress must call for an investigation.

NOW!

1. That's what I've been saying.
The memo by itself is not impeachment worthy, but it certainly is PROBABLE CAUSE to subpoena additional information regarding the administrations intentions leading up the Iraq War. In those documents, I promise you will find something sinister and damning, and that's what we need to kick him outta office!

2. The memo is the smoking gun...
I'm not sure where this will lead, but we have to keep pushing the issue.
