Dean needs to make comment about DSM...
If you look at the MSM political reports today two mention Dean remarks. They ignore everything else about Dems, but he makes a comment on anti-semitism and he gets front page headlines.

1. nah
you don't attack your enemy when he's self-destrucing. i imagine dean will set his tongue loose at a more strategic time, not at a time when there is already news damaging to the Bush administration.

2. Dean needs to make a comment about Iraq!
He's been quiet about it for some time. But I imagine that there's more than a couple of Dems who will screech about it if he did.

3. Maybe. But Dean needs to keep framing bigger issues w/ bold truths.
That's the only way his corporate media jujitsu will keep working.

For example, I'd rather have Dean talk about corporate media's failure to acknowledge their complicity in the Iraq disaster.

But I have a framing idea:

"The White House contends the the Downing Street Memos contain 'nothing new.' However, these authentic, highest level British government documents directly contradict President Bush's recently repeated claim that he invaded Iraq only as the last resort. Just because Republican Presidents who lie to the American public are 'nothing new' doesn't mean that Americans don't deserve the truth."

4. here we go again....
No, it is not the time for Dean to talk about it. Our guys in Congress have gotten the ball rolling. Deans job is to raise money right now and establish us in red states. Dean is better off just staying away from the issue right now.
