Sen. Robert Byrd was very wrong to be a member of the Klu Klux Klan, but unlike those on the right with racists past, he actually learned from his mistakes! Imagine that!

Sen. Jesse Helms, one of your fellow Rethugs, remains unapologetic for his racist history. In his upcoming memoir, he says that integration was forced on this country by "outside agitators who had their own agendas."

They don't even know their own history, for crying out loud, because if they did, they would know better than to come on here and attack Sen. Robert Byrd.
