Limbaugh: "If we get hit again" by terrorists, blame
Leahy, Biden, Durbin, Boxer, Kennedy, Reid, Newsweek, Time, The New York Times, and Amnesty International"

Nationally syndicated radio host Rush Limbaugh declared that "if we get hit again" by terrorists, it will be the fault of Democratic senators, the mainstream media, and Amnesty International, "who have names and identities and spend their every waking moment trying to obstruct our ability to secure intelligence information for our own national security."

From the June 14 broadcast of The Rush Limbaugh Show:

LIMBAUGH: Let me tell you something, folks, if we are hit again, if we are hit again, we need to hold these people in our country who are undermining our efforts responsible. It ain't going to be the FBI's fault next time. It isn't going to be the CIA's fault next time. It isn't going to be some bureaucracy's fault next time. It's going to be the fault of politicians, left-wing groups and the like who have names and identities and spend their every waking moment trying to obstruct our ability to secure intelligence information for our own national security.

1. So, why don't Dems..
.. should loud and persistently about egregious and outrageous slurs and slanders directed against them?

Could it be because this country is run and intimidated by crazed Limbaughtomized lunatics?

2. I WILL say this about the Republicans. If we get hit again,
it's the fault of the REPUBLICAN ASSHOLES who started a needless war in Iraq, thereby destroying our good name and distracting us from the real terrorists.

So, there you go, Pig Boy.

11. Yes, since it is the Republican's war that has increased the
number of terrorists in the world, and since it is the Republicans policies that have increased hatred against Americans...

...we should blame the anti-war people.

More great rational thought by Rush!

23. No wonder there is so much paranoia
in this country. Limbaugh spreads the hate and fear like a virus.
And the are plenty of Preachers and so called people of faith that help.

The only cure America is the TRUTH.
Damn why is that such a foreign concept?

4. Which windbag was it that blamed gays for 9/11?
Can't we sue these thugs for libel or something? I'm pretty sure 1st amendment doesn't cover incite to riot (hatred?) - of course, I am not a lawyer, constitutional or otherwise.

13. Thanks for replying. I got off my lazy butt and googled...it was Falwell
On the broadcast of the Christian television program "The 700 Club," Falwell made the following statement:

"I really believe that the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People For the American Way, all of them who have tried to secularize America. I point the finger in their face and say 'you helped this happen.'"

8. It's odd that last time we were hit, nobody was held responsible.
The FAA, NORAD and the military let four commercial airliners go off course for hours. Someone was not doing their job. But no one was held accountable.

Even Saudi Arabia came out unharmed.

the american people will blame him and no one else. he`s been in power for over 4 years with another 3 to go. he has gotten everything he has wanted and has promised that we are safer..the republicans run the entire government even the ditto heads may be able to understand that fact. the democrats have done nothing to stop the republicans from over destroying the democracy in the united states and limpballs knows this. i guess he has to justify his multi million dollar contract by becoming completely delusional

18. Um Rush, your buddies in the WH have had billions at their disposal
and have made us more enemies than friends in the past 5 years. If we get hit by terrorists again, I will place the blame squarely where it belongs..on the guy that gave billions to his war profiteer cronies while causing cities and municipalities to have to cut back on emergency services and law enforcement.

20. Limbaugh has joined the blame Americans first crowd
I guess it fits with Bush blaming Saddam. Since the republicans control every branch of government and have done nothing constructive to protect us - I would think it is their responsibility plus the people who actually perform the terrorism.

Limbaugh must be hitting the drugs again.

Even your Oxicoten- soaked brain knows you can't have it both ways.

If Congress's liberal wing is "responsible" for any future attacks...then the Bush Administration must take responsibility for the worst attack on US soil in our history on 9/11. Right?

Funny how Limpball can still lay blame on the MINORITY party.

Last time I looked, the Rethugs are in charge. Now, I hardly think it's fair that Rethugs get to blame Democrats for all the world's problems no matter if the Dems are the majority or minority party.

27. Limbaugh has a bright future ...
advising college republicans how to avoid the draft. The anal cyst thing was pure genius. Not nearly as difficult or smelly as Nugent's crap-your-pants method.

"How I Beat The Draft And You Can Too" by Rush Limbaugh. At a bookstore near you soon! Oh yeah, it will include more of his rants about how patriotic he is and how democrats are traitors!

29. Wow, rush limpballs is saying that the bush administration is so
completely inept that if we are hit by terrorists again, it will be the fault of a few Democratic congress critters, three periodicals and a human rights group?

God those bushies are even more incompetant than I thought!!!

By the way, what exactly is limpballs preparing us for? What is he scared of?

The fact of the matter is, if we ARE hit again, it will rest SQUARELY on the shoulders of the bush administration. THEY are the ones who said "vote for Kerry and we'll have another terrorist attack, vote for us and we'll keep you safe." THEY are the ones who said they will make sure we are not hit again.

It will be ALLLLLL on them. Just like 9/11 is ALLLLLLL on them.

Glad he feels, as I do, that the bush administration is totally inept.

31. I completely agree.
But more than that, he's a weenie-assed, yellow-bellied, lily-livered chickenshit punk. He's all show and no go. All talk and no walk. Full of shit.

I mean WHAT kind of weenie-assed party can't stand up and say "YES, this is OUR responsibility. WE are the party in charge now and so whatever happens, WE will take responsibility."

That would be too much to ask of a party with nary a spinal cord in sight, right?

They all remind me of little kids with chocolate all over their mouths, stridently pointing their chubby greasy little fingers at every other kid in the room but them, when it's obvious THEY did it.
