Who do you think will be the first to say the word impeach? If someone has already said who? Do you think anyone will touch it? Maybe these?

5. McLaughlin
While it would seem that he is a long shot, he has been a wild man in recent months, and given some of his recent pronouncements, I wouldn't be in the least surprised if it slipped out of his mouth or, he slammed the word, sometime between now and the next nine months at Pat B. or Tony "Puffchest".

Welcome to DU.

6. Hannity, as they move to pre-empt the conversation by framing
impeachment as the wild-eyed dream of Bush-haters, left-wing moonbats, and blame-America-first types.

I may be a "partisian moonbat", but that's not gonna save *'s ass.

:)

7. Joie Chen, I believe it was, made an interesting comment
Edited on Sun Jun-19-05 12:51 PM by Blue_In_AK
on the news last night when discussing **'s current abysmal approval ratings, something to the effect that no second-term president has had such low numbers since Richard Nixon AFTER the Watergate story broke, "not that we're suggesting that Mr. Bush is in anything like that situation," or something like that. Did anybody else hear that? I was in the kitchen making dinner and not paying real close attention, but I'm sure she said something along those lines. I wondered if that was some kind of subliminal, oblique suggestion that impeachment might not be such a bad idea.
