I swear he might be that kid I new back in grammar school. Yea, the one who promised me that he was going to give me 40 packages of firecrackers one july 4. His father was going to get 100 packs. He was going to give me 40 packs, my other friend 40 packs, and he was going to keep fifty for him self.
