8. He's Done This Every 4 Years...

Says he'll run or he's thinking of it...gets on all the big TV shows with his head all full of being the next POTUS. Then he goes to New Hamsphire or Iowa and finds out nobody there knows him or cares about him. He then slinks back to the Senate where he can play big fish for another 4 years.

What base could he draw on? Moderates? His relatives?
