Brownstein on Health Care Costs

Ron Brownstein has an article on health care costs which I quoted on LUTD:

I'd post it here but it quotes more than DU rules allow.

The article shows how Republican ideas will be effective. It also shows how Kerry's ideas would be more effective (both in Kerry proposals which he attributes to him, and in other proposals which the article doesn't attribute to Kerry but which he also included in his plan).
