2. C-span cut to him at a bad time
Bush said something about the "first representative government" ever in Iraq, then they cut to Chalabi looking like the biggest thug in the room. Besides Bush and Condi, that is.

4. Well, it was the truth
Only Chalabi represents U.S. interests, not Iraqis.

5. He had the ugliest look on his face
when the camera panned to him. They could not have picked a worse moment to associate that criminal mug with the future of Iraqi "democracy."

6. ah, but the masses will see a "democracy" forming
and as far as they are concerned, Chalabi is a decent, church-going, born-again luvva of Gawd

7. Chalabi's presence is indicative of Bush arrogance.
It's like Willie Sutton attending a bankers' convention.

Dubya can do anything.

8. Chalabi is our kids' Hussein or Kohmeni... Karzai too. In 15 years
our kids will be reminded that this bush installed these puppet dictators, who, like the aforementioned, eventually rebelled against being bush regime puppets.

10. Chalabi is a mistake that was allowed for far too long, since 92.
Every time he speaks one doesn't have to look hard to see the forked tongue residing within his devilish mouth. Of course, I'm pleased to not hear from him today. Just the sight of him makes me ill. I think chalabi's appearance along with the ban of Al Jazeera in Iraq will cause a major meltdown with Iraqis.

in 2000 the snake went before congress asking for 98 mil instead of the usual 25 mil for INC operations. Go INC web page his speeches are on-line there. You want talk about getting furious.
