Scott Ritter's recent article describes the current relationship between the Islamic radicals (Iranian MEK) being held and protected in Iraq that are on the State Dept's "terrorist organization watch-list" and the support they are receiving from the CIA.

Is this a round-about way of providing the military-industrial-complex with an enemy to use as an excuse to invade Iran?

1. It's a tried and proven method
