Bright side of the Supreme Court ruling

We have to be positive, we have to look on the bright side, and I think that this ruling might be in our favor.

We are progressives. We want to fight injustice and make the world a more equal place. We support having the rich pay their own way, and we support moving wealth from those who have too much to those who have not enough.

Isn't there some way we can use this ruling as a new tool to help us achieve this? Can't we now, at the city council level, use eminant domain to put land that isn't contributing to the social good to better use? Shouldn't this make it easier to build affordable housing and community centers?

Someone who understands this better should help me here. There have to be a handful of ways that we can use this.

Editing this to add: Screw it. I don't know what I'm talking about. This ruling just sucks, no matter how much I try to look at it with my "happy face" glasses.

...this has bugger all to do with civic betterment and EVERYTHING to do with Corporatism..

It is an outrageous decision, and should shake everyone awake as to what is really going on, and who is really in charge....
