Here is one way we can maybe fight the supreme court ruling...
Form a business and make wal-marts leave for our business (more homes, building homes is a business...). Take their land, and other such companies, and force them out and pay em a pittance :)

Ok, maybe wishful thinking, but I feel better now.

in local governments this ruling can be a powerful tool for wealth redistribution.
