there is no huge terror threat to the USA. Yes, terrorists exist, as they
have for decades. But whatever threat they pose is a relatively easy-to-
handle situation with the kind of arms and power we have in this country.
9/11 happened because Bush ignored the copious warnings that it would
happen. Either that or he and his crew let it happen because they knew
how much political mileage they would get out of it.

Have they protected other places which might be easy to use to attack us?....NO! We still have people prove that they can get on a plane with banned items. They still find people with forged documents at government plants. Unknown people simply walk across into this country everyday because no one is watching our southern boarder and then they divert a plane because Cat Stevens or some other guy whose name is the same as one on an out dated list is on it. I can email someone in France and they get it seconds after I click "send" but it takes 45 min. after the plane from France is in the air before our authorities get the list of names.

Terrorist attacked and almost murdered some our top elected officials in the US capital building, this was in October 2001, less than a month after 911 and when Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld should have been on the highest alert to protect our county.

Bush/Cheney FAILED to protect the United States for the SECOND time in LESS THAN A MONTH.

I've had rw's try to tell me that LIE about Bush and 911 and always let them know the truth, and everytime they have the stupidest look on their face.

PS No one was caught, and 4 years later Bush has no suspects and no leads.
