Forbidden. It was considered treason to use American money in Vietnam as it was considered "World Currency" and used to provide the enemy with weaponry. MPC was issued to every soldier in Vietnam. That is short for military payment certificate or funny money as we called it. Why is the same logic not true in Iraq? I just read a story about duffle bags filled with American currency and billions lost and can not be accounted for. Also been seeing stories of better weapons showing up with the "insurgents". Are we giving them the money they need to buy weapons just to keep this "War for Profit" ongoing? Halliburton needs more money so come on America send a few more pallets of cash...
