Why is the Pilger piece being snubbed?

It's not up at commondreams.org, it's not the main headline at buzzflash.com. This should be the most earth shattering piece of news, and I hardly even see it being reported on OUR sites. How can we ever expect the news media to report that Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice both said that Iraq was NO THREAT, even conventionally, to its neighbors, if OUR websites won't even cover it? Are there left leaning sites that have it up, that I just haven't seen, or is this being collossally ignored? Because if it is, that is a grave mistake, and I intend to beat this dead horse until it is common knowledge.

I don't get it, either. This debunks the entire basis for the war in the first place, and it's getting very little press coverage.

Maybe there isn't any evidence to back it up, though if that tape exists, it could certainly be used effectively in campaign ads.

but it acknowledges truths that are real but never substantiated, so as to make me think they weren't real. Rice KNEW that Saddam didn't even control all of his own country because of the no fly zones, etc. If he couldn't even control all of Iraq, how could he have been a threat? This could send Powell and Rice straight to hell.

I posted it on urban75. It's gotten minimal interest there. But my posting starts with a rant on today's UN speech before mentioning the pilger article and posting the secy of state's article.

Last I looked, 3 responses. Maybe 45 viewings.
