Actually, I heard on NPR that my Senator (Wyden) and Senator Bill Nelson (Democrat from Nebraska - I think) are going there this weekend to better understand the conditions of Gitmo. In my opinion, the only way anyone will understand the actual conditions of that prison is if they are sent there as a prisoner... beyond that, the only thing these Senators will be subject to is a "Play nice for a few days" cover up and acting performances that the likes of Tom Cruise would envy.
