The president, in response to recent accusations of widespread inner city illiteracy and poor standards of enunciation made his position clear on his vision for the future of public education, saying:
"Glahurk dahurk manomey, horkledy dorkle maaaahurnhurn a hurn hurn,"
"WaaaAAAAAgabamnam flam. Urrrrrr. Urrrrrrna bong dong, slonganong hurn a bubmagungab mowbo hupsie dupsie limalam hambam," he added, with Barney the Dinosaur at his side. "Glahurk, glahurk, glahurk."
This tough new stance in response to calls from some members of the U.S. Congress for the administration to develop a plan to renergise what is widely percieved as an "almost defunct" system has been hailed by overseas educational representatives such as the Teletubbies and Miffy.
He spoke as polls show American support for the administration's education policy is in decline and acknowledged that public schooling faces "oikledy poikle" in the coming years.
He urged the American public to show resolve. "MaHUUUUURRRRRr burble dur bahurby gurny mibbledee doodah hanganang," Bush said.
"Mowbo spipdy hipsy noobledoob wimalimbo himabimbo," Bush added. "Urgaburb naburm durb purb lurbaburb adubahuba fubacam mabama lam lam"
"Spooble. Wooble. Dooble. WHOOOP! Doopydooby," Bush said.
Several young children in Republican-held states have started uttering streams of meaningless gibberish according to recent reports.
