If I had a nickel for every time someone's told me that I'd have a at least 2 nickels to rub together :D

Luckily, mine survived and in the late 80's/early 90's I went on a card buying spree. Shows every weekend, card shops, you name it. I now have around 40,000. It just got to be silly around '94 or so when they starting manufacturing collectability instead of just cards. I still pop in to shows every now and again just to see the friends I've made, and to roll my eyes at the sharks that have ruined the industry.
