Get a citation from something that isn't a rightwing current (cause they didn't need to make up the quote five years ago) website.

It sorta falls into "We know that Saddam tried to acquire uranium from... *dramatic pause* Africa" in an address to the US public (was it 2003 SOTU?) - bush and his speech writers (and his NSA staff) were told that this was not known and the "evidence" was likely fraudulent... so it was made up and he just repeated it. To get his "war on"

Raping, kidnapping people for 80 years each, torturing, starving, killing, unpaid child labor, genocide, forced lack of education, stealing, whipping, assaulting, rape of children, selling humans, branding humans, persecution, are not something that should ever be tolerated, psychological stalking and abuse too. The Civil war was a big & important war. Like WWII. Even though for some it wasn't so much about slavery as beating back the uppityness of the South for members of congress (not everyone was an abolutionist)... you cannot have sympathy for monsters who did this to people over 10 generations in a row.
