It's a miracle... 4 Marines have come back to life.....

Well, they must have.
This morning six marines were killed when a suicide car bomb hit the truck they were in en route to a check point in Fallujah.

Tonight (and most of the afternoon) it is being reported that 2 marines were killed, one of them a female were killed and 13 were wounded.

Either the shock of the death of six troops and injury to 13 more are believed to be too much for public consumption, or there has been a resurrection.

The truth is in the hands of this administration, so I'm sure there will be honest and tell the truth about the incident.
Or, maybe they want to wait until after the WH PR speech Tuesday night.

Keep an eye on the unbias Fox News Channel they will report and then we can decide.

But when it got close to noon they retreated back to 2 killed.

Even now (6:09pm Central)some of the same stations that confirmed the actual number early this AM are sometimes reporting 2 lost.

FALLUJAH CONVOY ATTACK UPDATE

CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq – Two Marines assigned to II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward) were killed when their convoy came under attack June 23 in Fallujah. One Marine was killed by a suicide vehicle borne improvised explosive device. The other Marine was killed by small arms fire immediately after the car bomb attack.

Thirteen Marines were wounded in the incident.

Three Marines and a Sailor believed to be in the vehicle are currently listed as Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown pending positive identification. Further information will be released when their status is confirmed.

The Marines were enroute to Camp Fallujah after working at entry control points in the city of Fallujah.

The names of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

All who are wounded in theater and die later en route to or at a hospital are definitely counted as KIA in that theater. Zero doubt.

If you look at this site, http://icasualties.org/oif/ you will find all documented military fatalities from Iraq. You can run searches on the database and get where various deaths occured. This is what I came up with for soldiers who have died in German hospitals. These all have links to the official DoD reports also. They are counted as war dead.
