If you look at this site,
http://icasualties.org/oif/ you will find all documented military fatalities from Iraq. You can run searches on the database and get where various deaths occured. This is what I came up with for soldiers who have died in German hospitals. These all have links to the official DoD reports also. They are counted as war dead.
