Will the M$MWs acknowledge the neoCONs use of RUSH talking points ie ROVE
are M$MWs obeisance to these thugs means they probably wont but i wonder if we can force the issue?

do think these divisive and intellectually weak 'arguments' will ever be challenged in todays M$M?

can we point out to them how it undermines their credibility to go along with these talking-points?

shoot it's so bad now that bush & cheney even call in to RUSH's show.

to us on DU it is painfully obvious but how can we make the M$M see it for what it is, cheap, harmful and divisive, radical RW propaganda?

any thoughts?

3. Not only that
Boycott all advertiser.
Send them a nice I will not buy your product anymore as long as you advertise in ......
If they receive like 1000 or more they start to panic.
They start pulling out their Ads
No MSM can afford to lose advertising revenue.

4. that is impractical, IMHO
as that would include all products on the market because it is ALL our cable and most network news and since they are not the ones producing the news i say we need to target the networks that carry the crap directly which would also indirectly impact advertisers since they watch the audience numbers very closely before they buy ads ;->

8. Thats is why you target the advertisers
That same numbers they see becomes oops a potential boycotter.

10. if they have no audience... they have no market
if they have no market... they have no advertisers.

so, we can boycott everyone, which is fine by me, or we can take away their audience, or a good chunk, and everyone gets the MSG.

but like i said, it sends a msg directly to the perps, the networks.

anyways, it's good for your health, no cable teeVee news, as well

7. Overseas Visitor is right, the networks feel their client is advertisers
not the public.

When the rightwing set out to get liberals off radio, they targeted the advertisers and you see how effective that was.

9. they OWN the networks, they had to get rid of the fairness doctrine
and that is how they succeeded... up till then they were ineffective.
