How do the WH 'handlers' recommend the situation be dealt with?

I am not talking about a real person - just a hypothetical - especially with this high profile "moral values" gang in the WH.

type of position would be taking birth control pills. If it happened she did get pregnant, a trip out of the country for an abortion would be the order of the day.
