How much does 21,736 bombings cost?
I'm wondering because most of these 21,736 bombings of Iraq happened long before Congress authorized the war or authorized money.

How much did they spend on bombs, pilots fuel, etc, for the 21,736 bombings? Where did they get that money?

Did they steal it from the search for Osama?

Misappropriation of funds is... Impeachable.

2. I cut this out in March 2003 - cruise missiles a million each
The initial air assault calls for launching nearly 700 long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles at a cost of almost $1 million apiece. That's on top of tank-busting munitions, which range from $130,000 to $300,000, and laser-guided bombs for $100,000 each.

7. Wild ,no wonder they are fighting with small arms.
We will have to give up wars. Bush really does have a problem here. If we have no jobs we pay no taxes and who will keep his war going? It is costly to be a hero

3. It was 21,736 sorties which
is different than the amount of munitions dropped. I think the article states the number of bombs.

4. It was actually 21,736 sorties which means one plane, one trip
That doesn't mean all of the planes dropped bombs or even half of them. Depending on how they organized the missions and what support the flew with maybe as little as a quarter of the planes ever dropped a bomb. Some of the planes probably flew tanker, ECM, air cover, or air control missions in conjunction with the bombing missions.

6. As I type
The cost of the war in my hometown (Santa Clara, CA) has just passed 100 million.
