Are we ready for the terror alerts again?

As the Congressional elections draw closer, it will be time once again for the terror alerts to start flying fast and furious. The Republicans will be hoping that each one will give their candidates a 1-2% bounce in the polls. Everytime they do, we should be ready with a clip of Tom Ridge saying that before the 2004 election, they were being raised for political purposes.

Heck, it might be a good idea to open the campaign season with that accusation, so that if it happens, it will have less power to start with.
