Why are not the Bill of Rights posted in every courtroom and every classroom?

That would be far far more appropriate.

Of course, if they must hang their decalogue somewhere, I'd suggest their churches would be the best place to start as the vast majority don't currenlty have the decalogue posted anywhere.
