"Rep. David Graves (R-Macon) has a court date in Cobb County next month on traffic charges stemming from the last two sessions.

Graves was arrested during the 2004 session on charges of failing to make a complete stop at a red light and driving while intoxicated. Earlier this year, he was stopped by Cobb police at a routine checkpoint and again charged with DUI.

Graves chairs the Regulated Industries Committee, which handles matters related to the liquor business, among other things."
