Poll question: How soon will "developers" begin petitioning local govts. to take homes ?
No offense meant to real life developers, I just don't know what else to call those folks. Am I overreacting ?

2. They already have...
Freeport Texas buying & junking a couple of fishing outfits. It hit the news yesterday. I think there were a bunch of deals just waiting to pounce on this..

3. The SCOTUS decision opened the floodgates
and it was the liberal side of the court that did it! Watch, it will be just the like the pensions with United Airlines. Now that one can do it, they will all do it!
