Paul Bremer now on a commission investigating Iraq govt corruption!?!

Someone asked about Bremer, did a little looking around and found this buried in a Saturday NYT article. Bremer, the same man who we know 'lost' at least $8 billion in US taxpayer money, is now on a commission investigating corruption in Iraq.

And GET THIS, Bremer is not investigating US companies, its an investigation of the 'Iraq' government.. as in, THEY did it.

Could this be the last task to finish his part in the BushCo theft job, Bremer has to provide the cover story, ie ... those nasty furners are the ones who stole all the money.

Article is here-
http://www.iht.com/articles/2005/06/24/news/corrupt.php

relevant quote is on page three of the article ...

The commission, formed by the former chief U.S. administrator in Iraq, L. Paul Bremer, is legally allowed to investigate government corruption as far back as 1968.

2. Just for the recordthat $8 billion was Iraqi money, not US taxpayer money.
How can anyone possibly be this cynical. And the New York Times/ IHT reports it without a hint of sarcasm.

8. Of course.
Bremer will know exactly which corruption is not worth investigating (BushCo), and will draw as much attention as possible to any other corruption, especially if it involves the UN or France.
