Major Fire strikes Biblical Arts Center in Dallas
O8)

DALLAS-- Firefighters are attacking what appears to be a major fire at the Biblical Arts Center in Dallas.

Heavy smoke was pouring from the roof of the northern end of the museum and art gallery -- which is highlighted by the 124-by-20-foot painting "Miracle at Pentacost."

No word yet on the amount of damage to the center's art collection and Biblican artifacts from the multi-alarm fire. No injuries have been reported.

The center is located near Northpark Center in North Dallas

1. Great. Probably GOP operatives framing Democrats for the crime. Remember
that just last week they were complaining that Democrats are against Christians and that if Kerry is elected he will ban the Bible?

This is just like when their operatives burn flags....for the headlines and the blame.

3. Okay, is that Ann Coulter or that other woman?
Shame about the fire, hope no one is injured, OMG I used to work near there, and hope no legitimate historical artifacts are damaged, yadayadayada...

That picture in your sig is so cool. I can't stop watching it! It's not even goofy to me, for some reason it just looks cool. Maybe cause the sound's off...

7. I don't know what it is
It's not big enough for me to see the adam's apple. It's either like watching a train wreck or a scene from a 70s Disco flick... I watch, I don't know why I watch, I don't know if I'm horrified, fascinated or numbed by some primeval genetic memory of a predator's hypnotic dance, like a cobra's. Probably the latter, now that I'm sure it's Coulter.

6. What a tragedy.
The Biblical Arts Center is a magnificent piece of architecture, and the painting itself is awe-inspiring.

10. Oh well
Don't blame US.

Oh and Anncoulter in the sig. With her movements kinda looks like she's drowning,if you erased the background and had water there...Or if you put a gurney under her she looks like she's thrashing in restraints...or seizuring..or a bad trip? Weird

11. Biblican arts?
Is the Biblical Arts Center a legimate museum? Or is it like one of those Creationist "museums?"
