Just like during his campaign.... Loyalty oath.
Shit-for-Brains doesn't dare go before anything other than a pre-selected audience to babble his nonsense. The troops at Ft Bragg have already given a loyalty oath to the Commander in Thief. And I'm sure their superiors will be watching them for positive-only reactions. I pity the poor enlisted GI who doesn't toe the line and gets caught not doing what is expected. The punishment would no doubt be something like being sent to Iraq and then having their tour extended indefinitely. Heeeyyy .... waaait a minute....

3. You take an oath of allegiance when you enlist.
To support the country, prez, flag, etc.

2. Why else would he have chosen a military audience?
Aside from the obvious "patriotic" associaton..."our brave troops, gallantly fighting the evil enemy in Iraq", and all the other nauseating nonsense he's likely to come out with, the military HAVE to maintain discipline and listen attentively without saying or doing anything untoward, regardless of personal feelings, in the presence of their Commande in Chief (unless they want to be brought up on charges, that is).
