he's doing a pretty effective job thus far of positioning himself as a leader, as clearly opposed to Bush's most destructive policies, and of staying in the public eye so far; I definitely wouldn't rule out another run for him in '08, and he certainly looks better at this point than Clinton or Boxer or any of the others whose names are bruited as potential '08 nominees (of course, there's still a ways to go yet).
