Compton, CA prime example. Speculators (so-called 'investors') are buying up cheap homes in urban areas driving up prices so that the working poor can't afford to buy in those neighborhoods. The sepuclators drive up the prives then "flip" the property for a quick huge profit to mostly wealthy young whites and gay couples who don't really care where they live just so long as it's not with "mama" and the people in the neighborhood leave them alone.

There ought to be a law to protect low-poor working prospective home buyers and owners.
