we went into iraq supposedly to topple the awful saddam and return the land to it's rightful owners, the winkies and munch--i mean, shiites and shias, and then NOT get involved in nation building.

instead, dorothy, upon melting the wicked witch of the west, set up dozens of munchkin bases all over oz and made off with all the yellow bricks, and trained the winkie army to fight off the marauding insurgent munchkins.

i say, leave iraq to the iraqis, come what may. bring america home, from all over the world, we need them here, cause there's no place like home.
