Lou Dobbs (CNN) to have AM.Joe Wilson calling for Rummy's Impeachment &
Edited on Wed Sep-24-03 05:04 PM by KoKo01
Visa's allowing jobs to move out of America and go Offshore!

I will check it out.......It's worth it to see Ambassador Wilson.....diss Rummy!

On Edit: Often I'm suckered into this by promo's. But it might be worth the watch. Jeff Toobin, and others talking about the "Telemarketing Ruling" that allows those "folks" to call us. Saying that Oklahoma made the ruling because of the "Telemarketers" who all live in OKLAHOMA!

Crass but smart marketing move: sit through the chaff and commercials to get to the payoff. Clicking around in boredom while I wait, they often lose me, and I the payoff. :-(

17. Couldn't the Congress call for his resignation?
Or once a cabinet member is confirmed they are in until the Executive Office requests their resignation? I guess it is the latter.

33. I heard a BBC Report saying: "Europe didn't take Bush seriously because
none in his administration have been asked to resign or have resigned. That's in CONTRAST to BLAIR whose had many in his "government resign because of revelations from the "Hutton Report." Bush skates free while Blair gets pressure.......

Yeah Rummy should have been and would have been GONE by now...IF we lived in PAST TIMES! This Admin. is the WORST I've ever seen for getting away with stuff......America has changed....our tolerance is at a much higher level than with Nixon, Carter.....but started to decline with Reagan......So MUCH GOVT CORRUPTION.....leads to acceptance......Those younger don't really know the "Outrage" that went before....because the bar has been lowered so much....Just the way it is.......

37. They can throw him out on his head if they wanted to
Impeachment can be applied to any member of the federal government, but it has only been done to judges and presidents, as members of Congress usually censure eachother while in the executive branch more often than not people either resign or are fired.

20. Absolutely
Part of the VRW out to get Clinton in anyway they could. Cohen settled into a very lucrative consulting firm (say w-e-a-p-o-n-s) upon retirement. Plus, Clark recently called the Pentagon budget the "want machine." He said it is good place to shop for healthcare dollars.

Grrrrrr!

38. He's a dick "Some protestors have sympathies for the other side"
http://www.thebroadside.org/archives/2001-02/02.05/shelton.html
General Shelton believes that some of those protesting the war do so out of a lack of understanding of the situation and in some cases, "they truly have sympathies for the other side."

When you get a chance, read the post. There's also a lotta of noise about Clark having a run-in with the pentagon concerning, "thinking out of the box."

16. I'm scibbling quotes.......Wilson want's to turn over the 87Billion to UN,
Lou asks: "Joe, do you believe UN can do this?" Wilson says: yes...and we need to replace Rummy.....he says any one but the corwd or (PNAC) whatever is better than what we have now....and UN is better. Wilson TRASHED the Faulty Planning for the War.........says that's why PNAC (my words) folks should be OUT! Wilson says it's "a FIACO!"

Lou says that we have 200 Billion of Iraqi Debt that We've taken on in the Invasion.

Says Rummy said if they take oil revenues to pay for Debt......Americans will say it was a "War for OIl" and would not be good PR for admin.

Dobbs now has graphics up about dead and injured US soldiers....and it's over 1,600 Wounded!

Sorry this is garbled.....I'm trying to fix dinner!

'Exporting America'
Wednesday, September 24, 2003
Join us for our series of special reports,
"Exporting America," which examine
what's happening in the U.S. job market.
We take an in-depth look at H1-B visas --
held by international workers in the
United States -- and how many jobs are
lost to H1-B visa holders.

Plus, Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colorado,
and Harris Miller, president of the
Information Technology Association of
America, "Face Off" over H1-B visas.
Tancredo is against them, saying that
H1-B workers take U.S. jobs. Miller
supports H1-B visas, arguing that
information technology is a global industry and U.S. companies
need workers from different countries to stay competitive in a
global market.

Also, former Deputy U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Joe Wilson talks
about a Win Without War advertisement calling for Secretary of
Defense Donald Rumsfeld's resignation.

Plus, 'Do Not Call' outrage: We tell you the story and Louisiana
Rep. Billy Tauzin, chairman of the House Committee on Energy
and Commerce, joins Lou with his thoughts on the issue.

'Heroes'
We introduced U.S. Army Spec. Hilario Bermanis during our
"Heroes" segment that aired September 19. Bermanis, a soldier
with the 82nd Airborne Division, lost three of his limbs during
his tour of duty in Iraq. Below is information on how you can
contribute to his recovery.

Tonight's quote
"Most Iraqis welcomed us as liberators, and we glowed with
pleasure at that welcome. But now, the reality of foreign troops
on the streets is starting to chafe. Some Iraqis are starting to
see us more as occupiers than liberators."
Ambassador Paul Bremer, U.S. civilian administrator to Iraq

Tonight's thought
"A man willing to work, and unable to find work, is perhaps the
saddest sight that fortune's inequality exhibits under this sun."
-Thomas Carlyle (1795-1881)
