Pascal Riché, a journalist for the French Daily "Liberation" has kindly posted on his blog a synopsis of yesterday's speech by Bush at Fort Bragg, leaving in only those most important words that conveyed the core of the message that Karl Rove wanted to get across to the American people. 1. I love the French for doing this...

but if Middle Americans who are starting to wake up know it's a Frenchman making this point, it will be dismissed...not that it should matter to us, we should keep it in circulation, but just thought I would point that out if any DUer's plan to forward this on to repuke friends and relatives.

2. At least Bush can claim his low intellectual accomplishements make

him resort to these tried and true strategies.What can we say about the so called Press or TV media who repeat, parrot-like,the same words as though they were engraved in stone?
