So did Amnesty International release the torture photos today?
And if so, where are they?

1. Probably won't be relased until after 5pm PST.
They want to give the Corporate Media every excuse not to cover this story.

2. bush had until June 30, 2005 to hand the pics/videos over to the court.
They're not expected to be made public until sometime in July.

3. I think the pics were requested by the ACLU.
5 P.M. is the end of the business day, but today ends at 11:59:59. Once the pics are released, I suspect there will be a small delay getting them posted.

4. I wonder
I wonder if * will delay it until tomorrow night after the news programs have been taped. Friday night before a long weekend. He could simply drag his heels. They couldn't get any kind of court order before then to make him obey the law.

He could simply claim some kind of logistics excuse. "I left them in my other briefcase. I'll get them in a minute."
