There is NO claim that the 1979 pic is that of one of the hostage takers.

I'm willing to bet if they did a line up they would have trouble giving a positive identification.

By the way one of the former hostages is a known Bush/Republican supporter and a retired military officer. One of the others is a former CIA agent assigned to the embassy.

And considering that Bush got Powell and Rice to tell lies to justify his invasion of Iraq, it isn't that much of a jump to think he and his cabal would bring some of the former hostages out to make this identification.

Money can and fake patriotism can get any true believer to lie, even former hostages.

was taken in 1979, then the person is roughly the same age as the person in the pic taken in '05....(in my opinion anyway) There is no sign of aging from '70 to 05.

There are a few differences, but I think it makes it more believable, too. The nose is a part of the body that never stops growing, which can explain the bit of wideness (plus he seems to be inhaling to the right, to the left there's no sign of breathing effecting it) and the slight changes would naturally happen. Especially if we're dealing with a guy from the reagan era-now.

the bridge of the nose on the left pic is much wider than the right pic. That's what my eyes see. ;)

I can't work up outrage of the President of Iran when my own country's President is a war criminal...who lies to take the country to war....and who would use any excuse to keep us at war. Use any excuse to start a war with Iran. It's not like Bush doesn't know if this man is one of the hostage takers. It's not like they even have to investigate it....much like Rummy knew exactly what weapons were sold to Iraq(because he was part of the process), Bush knows exactly who his father dealt with on the October Surprise trip.

Sometimes I wonder if the Bush Family isn't just cleaning up the loose ends of Poppy Bush and his operations. If the Iran-Contra crowd were to start dying off I wouldn't be the least bit surprised. Dead men can't tell tales.
