I think the order said they must be turned over by the end of June. That would be by midnight, I would guess.

5. Theres a very real possibility that they may be delayed for another

couple of weeks. DOD is saying case is still under litigation. ACLU hasn't said they are being released today...

10. Isn't it the ACLU's decision on when to show the photos?

The Pentagon has been ordered to turn over a certain amount of them to the ACLU. Which Media are going to show them? The Videos are to be turned over at a later date.

What will the ACLU do with them? Will the phots be posted on their website, or are they developing a new website to post them? Will the photos be given to a reputable news agency to post? Will the photos appear on a blogger's site?

Where do we turn our attention to await the posting of these photos?

And why are the videos taking longer?

16. 30 days ends today, but tomorrow is FRIDAY dump day!!

As far as I know, the federal court gave 30 days for the administration to release the photos and viseos. Today marks the 30th day if I am not mistaken.

They ae defying a court order.

However, tomorrow is Friday, and you know what that means? Friday NEWS DUMP!!!!!!!!1 After all, it was just ONE day late, right?

I had to leave DU alone yesterday. Spent time with the kids and friends expecting to see them all over DU this morning. Instead, a Supreme Court Justice is resigning and still no photos.

What the hell is going on with my country?
