3. CNN said that the Taliban claimed credit for this act... it was announced

... on the morning of the day that Bush gave his speech defending his Iraq war & lying once again in connecting Iraq w/9/11... yet not much more was said about the crash for the rest of that day. Bush made no mention of this tragedy during his speech (given @ a military base)... but then this crash took place in Afghanistan along the Pakistani border (where this Admin has pulled out troops), not in Iraq (where this Admin has placed 130,000+ troops). Could those 130,000+ troops have been more effective in Afghanistan? How many innocent Iraqis would be still alive today? How different would the situation be for the 'coalition of the willing'? How might this 'war on terror' have been executed under a competent Administration?
