since. So no loss to me, but the fucking gall makes my head spin.

After five years of this shit, how they can find new ways to infuriate me is shocking.

Just call and bitch them out.

This time I'm not sparing the secretary or receptionist, they work for these evil fuckers and they're getting an earful.

2. i have a better idea
if you subscribe to the NY times, cancel

explain that the NY times is responsible for spreading the lies which got us involved in Iraq, and that they along with the MSM have missed the opportunity to be journalists, instead of a tool for an administration

support progressive media

8. I honestly think there will be a backlash..
against the way the media is portraying this case.

Call me crazy, but I think most people understand that outing a CIA agent is a bad thing and covering up for the person who outed a CIA agent isn't a laudable action.

9. MUCK RAKERS!!! There's a Difference...
Edited on Thu Jul-07-05 05:46 AM by tmorelli415
between protecting a source who legally provides information that leads to public awareness of a story that is in the interest of good government - and protecting a source who illegally leaks information that serves no purpose in promoting the public interest!

The specific information that Miller published served absolutely no purpose toward better government! It was simply sensational information that was completely irrelevant to the larger story.

Protecting a whistle blower is admirable. Protecting a felon is criminal.

To compare her to Rosa Parks and MLK is to compare falsely shouting 'fire' in a crowded theatre, to calling 9-1-1 to report that your neighbor's house is ablaze!

The woman is in jail where she ought to be. And if editors at the NYT don't know the difference between the public trust and a personal vendetta, they are nothing but muck rakers.
