Hold on to your wallets,
The attack in London, with the impending Hurricane in US, it's going to be a nightmare. This may be the final blow to * wonderful economy.

4. yeah, well, nothing to do but stay calm
There's always going to be some panic selling after something like this.

I never recommend that anyone buy anything on margin just because of unexpected events which are, by definition, unexpected. If you are forced to sell at the bottom to cover your margin, you can't ride it out. You're just screwed. This is how people I knew lost anywhere from hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions when the markets opened again after 9-11.

3. Plus: oil over $61/barrel, the crappy 3rd quarter, plus, well, Bush...
When that housing bubble (if it exists) goes, there will be one giant splat in Congress in '06.

5. Regular Unleaded...
$987867545325434.32.9 a gallon! More excuses to gouge the working class and to keep draining Joey Six-pack to enrich Daddy Warbucks! The Fabulously wealthy will become a little more fabulous! Our pain is the petrol-banker's gain!

The Oil companies are just doing the same thing that the people selling ice for $10.00 a bag were doing in Miami, after the huge hurricane back in the 90s when Poppy B. was prez! The only difference is, the Guys selling the ice back then, went to jail!
